The ProfiEco motor from Miele is able to adapt its speed for each drying process. This makes the technical process particularly economical and quiet. As the inverter drive is electronically controlled, it does not require the carbon brushes that traditional dryers use. The HygieneDry drying level reliably removes 99.99 % of bacteria^* and 99.9 % of viruses_^* from your laundry, , thanks to especially long temperature holding times, and is suitable for fabrics with two dots on the wash-care label. Its effectiveness has been confirmed by the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences and Albstadt-Sigmaringen respectively.

Calcium influences residual moisture sensing, which in turn has a direct effect on your drying results. PerfectDry takes the current level of calcium in the water into account and adjusts the drying process accordingly, for perfectly and precisely dried laundry that is never too damp or too dry.

Our FragranceDos system provides space for one or two flacons (depending on model) of your favourite fragrance so that your clothes will smell just as you wish after drying. You can choose from a variety of timeless fragrances, including allergen-free options for sensitive skin. You can even adjust the intensity of the fragrance or choose not to have an additional fragrance.

All Miele heat-pump dryers feature integrated condensed water drainage with a hose tidy. As a result, you can pump out condensate into a sink or a siphon and save yourself the trouble of emptying the condensate container.

Whether it's a pair of jeans, a blouse or just a sock: thanks to the AddLoad function, you can easily add any laundry items that you've forgotten – up until shortly before the end of the programme. Operation is easy: press the “Start / Add laundry” button to stop the programme.

Thanks to the Wash2Dry networking function^*, your washing machine sends its data to the tumble dryer after finishing its wash cycle. The dryer then automatically selects the right programme for your laundry. All you have to do is load the laundry from the washing machine into the dryer, switch it on, and select Wash2Dry. And enjoy your perfectly dried garments of course.

Tumble dryers with heat pumps are known predominantly for their energy efficiency. They not only dry your laundry especially economically, but the low temperatures of the heat pump technology also protect the high-quality fibres of your laundry. This allows you to dry delicate textiles without having to worry about damaging them or causing unnecessary wear.

Load your clothes into the tumble dryer straight away after a 40 °C wash programme without having to sort through them first^*. Low air temperatures protect your sensitive fabrics when adding the DryCare 40 extra to various drying programmes. This makes it a quick and convenient way to save time when both washing and drying 40 °C fabrics, ensuring they’re handled with the same care.

If you cannot remove your laundry immediately after the end of the drying programme, the anti-crease action ensures that the items are loosened up at regular intervals to prevent excessive creasing.

The unique honeycomb structure lifts the laundry higher in the rotating drum, meaning items hover for longer in the warm air stream and are dried more uniformly. Small air pockets form in the pattern of the honeycomb design and cushion their fall. This ensures your laundry is treated much more gently and is less creased after drying, with easier and quicker ironing as an added bonus
